Problem

Nowadays, various stress factors lead to a high level of psychological strain with adolescents and young adults being particularly affected. The unprecedented increase in the number of cases lead to a major undersupply in traditional psychiatric treatment so that 80% of affected adolescents don’t get the help they need.

Solution

At Smilamind we believe that digital solutions, if they take a sophisticated and evidence-based approach and are used to complement traditional psychotherapeutic care having a human touch alongside the technology, can provide important mental health support for the digitally native young people and relieve the existing healthcare system.

How it works

Dashboard

The dashboard is designed to enhance professionals’ capabilities by delivering comprehensive insights beyond the clinical setting. It allows for continuous tracking of patient progress and fosters effective communication between clinicians and patients. This holistic view of patient health ultimately empowers clinicians to provide more effective and responsive care.

App

The evidence-based companion app is designed specifically for adolescents and young adults. It promotes self-management and provides essential support for improving mental health, helping users navigate their emotional well-being effectively.
